Katie Oeschger is a design researcher at Covenant Eyes, a tech company headquartered in Owosso, Michigan. She has an M.S. in Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University, UX certification (with a research specialty) from the Nielson Norman Group, and is a board-certified behavior analyst.

Bethany is a designer that specializes in systems thinking, detail-oriented design, and scalable enterprise solutions. Bethany has spent her career leading grass-roots efforts, consistently innovating and changing the way product organizations build products. She co-led the Carbon Design System team at IBM, which built and maintained the design system for IBM Cloud.

Tasneem Pota, M.Ed. is a recent graduate of the U of M School of Education DATL program. She is an Instructional Designer and Teaching Consultant working in Boston for MGH Institute of Health Professionals. Tasneem has been working in the field of education for the past 10 years. She started her professional career as a lecturer for microbiology and biotechnology at the University of Mumbai.
